Description
Circa 1838 Australia: A young female convict, Cynthia, escapes a forced marriage to save her true love from the gallows. The guidance of a young Aboriginal girl, Heppita, may be enough to help her through the hell of the Australian bush. Musket is set in colonial Australia and is an early settler story with a female lead. It was nominated for an AACTA in 2024 and is also available to view on ACCTA on demand.
